FUELSTICK is HEATGEAR’s patented, pocket-sized fuel delivery system that improves usability and increases operator safety.

Unlike conventional stoves and canisters that lose gas pressure as temperature and fill levels drop – resulting in reduced performance and longer boil times, HEATSTICKs is able to apply heat to FUELSTICK to assure normal performance under extreme weather conditions (including deep subzero temperatures) without running cold or losing pressure.

FUELSTICKs are made of lightweight aluminum and are very light compared to conventional steel gas canisters

Unlike common steel gas canisters, aluminum doesn’t rust when wet. This reduces the likelihood of staining your gear

FUELSTICKs are easy to store in a pocket or pack – they’re designed for it. You can even compress your (completely) empty FUELSTICKs to reduce your return volume. They’re fully recyclable and not refillable.

FUELSTICKs meet UN1950 regulations for transport of aerosols. According to UN1950, FUELSTICKs can be air, sea and road transported in boxes up to 30 Kg (60 pound) - dangerous goods in limited quantities. FUELSTICK boxes are clearly marked with UN1950 for easy handling.
