Your order will be dispatched within 3 days from the time you placed your order. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is send we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
Tax free (Non EU Customers)
All our prices include 25% VAT (Danish tax). Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free at HEATGEAR Shop and will therefore not be charged with any tax. The 25% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.

Collecting orders within Denmark
Orders within Denmark will be delivered with Post Danmark. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.
Collecting orders sent with Post Danmark (delivery outside of Denmark)
Orders within Denmark will be delivered with your national post. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.
Collecting orders sent with UPS (delivery outside of Denmark)
International orders will be shipped with UPS. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the UPS website (www.ups.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for delivering on each order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HEATGEAR is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. We operate a no-quibble refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the product just return it. For free. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. HEATGEAR cannot accept returns of products having been used. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility (and a refund will not be given) until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
What to do when returning: Please email us at info@HEATGEAR.dk to let us know that you are returning goods to us.
